ORGANIZATION

I am no longer on "automatic pilot". I am not able to do a number of things at the same time. I must often have to focus entirely on one thing at a time. The bad news is that I must do everything myself. Shopping, cooking, laundry, housecleaning, and all other household chores. The good news is, I haven't time to feel sorry for myself! The secret to getting these things done, is organization!

One must keep lists of things to do, a diary and a schedule. You keep a diary of what is happening in your life, such as what you ate, was your medication late, were you under excess stress, and any emotional upsets because everything that happens to you can cause a problem.

Also, a schedule must be kept, so that you will be able to keep your appointments, etc. I never totally trust my memory anymore.

DAILY SCHEDULE

Notes:

If you copy a number of these "Daily Schedule" sheets out, and save them, it will form a diary of sorts.

DAILY APPOINTMENTS

It is a good idea to have a bulletin board, on which you can have 2 calendars, one above the other. For example, the JULY calendar will be above the JUNE calendar. As future appointments arise, post them in the appropriate date square. On Sunday evening, check your calendar for appointments in the coming week. Then, put them in the appropriate day line. This organizes the entire week in advance, and saves problems.

Always try to avoid as much stress as you can!
