Creative Visualization
Creative
visualization allows you to do at least a million wonderful
things, that can benefit and influence your life.
Always
remember, that in your own mind,
You are a magician!
You
can be anything you want to be. Do anything you want to do.
It has
been said that we only use 5% of our mind. Creative visualization
will increase this many times over.
Not all
people will find it easy to visualize. However it is a skill
that can be learned, but it takes time and effort. For now,
those who have trouble visualizing can go through the exercises,
and act as though you are visualizing. Instructions that may
help will follow. The trances in sections 1 through 4 are
deep so that the "trigger"
can be installed.

Creative
Visualization is divided into 4 parts
1.
Taking control of your breathing
2. Self-Hypnosis (Progressive
Muscle Relaxation)
3. Count down to your private place
4. Take control of your internal clock
|
At this
point,I would like to make two recommendations:
1) Make sure that you are completely comfortable with
each section, prior to going on to the next one.
2) If you are not living alone, select a time and a place
where and when you will not be bothered, and hang
a "DO NOT DISTURB"
sign on the door when practicing.
In all
sections, it is necessary to have a "PHYSICAL
TRIGGER", which will be your way of giving notice
to your mind that you wish to take control.
For this purpose, I have selected an action you would not
often do.
Place the thumb of your least dominant hand between the first
two fingers of that hand, and close your hand into a fist
with the thumb protruding. At each step, give a little "squeeze"
on your thumb - then release.
